How can you engage Mosaic?
We work in partnership with our clients based on their needs, goals, market, and budget.
Typically we work in one of four ways:
Coaching – Working one-on-one with key managers on specific marketing, business and/or leadership related issues. Engagements generally last 1-6 months.
Project – Working on a clearly defined assignment with a specific deliverable or outcome. These projects can be completed either in working with your company’s staff or off-line with regular status updates to you and your team. Engagements generally last 1-3 months.
Retainer – Working on a variety of long-range marketing and business related issues with you and your team. Engagements generally last at least 6 months.
Trusted Advisor – Working one-on-one with a president, owner, or executive VP to act as a sounding board on a variety of business and marketing issues and to advise on specific topics. Engagement generally last 2+ years.
